Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but due to the nature of skincare products, we have a hygiene policy in place to keep all customers safe.

Returns

We accept returns only on items that are:

  • Unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • In a resellable condition

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on opened or used skincare products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
  • Gift cards

Customer Support

Please note, we are unable to offer exchanges. When sending us your item/s, please keep a ‘proof of posting’ as we cannot accept liability for missing returns.
